Fiction and Nonfiction - Research

Number off in your group 1-4

You will be responsible for researching different pieces of an article as well as various links that include information about fiction and nonficiton.  As you read, use a recording tool to record your information so that you can share it with your group.  There is a link below for the recording tool so that you can record your information electronically, or I have hard copies if you prefer to write as you research. If you use the tool electronically be sure and save the document in your folder so
that it is saved to your computer.  Your recording tool is worth 20 points. They will be graded based on being complete and thorough.

Divide the pages in the handout and have each person read ONE page.

Use the links below to read the articles about the differences between fiction and nonfiction and strategies that are used as well as the reasons it is written. You can divide up the links among your group members.
